TP-583R KRAMER 4K HDR HDMI Receiver with RS–232 and IR over Long Range HDBaseT

TP-583R is a high-performance, long-range HDBaseT receiver for 4K HDR HDMI, RS-232 and IR signals over twisted pair. TP−583R converts the HDBaseT signal and sends it to its HDMI and control ports. Allows you to extend video signals up to 70 m (230 ft) over Kramer copper cables with video resolutions up to 4K 60Hz (4:4:4). It is compatible with standard HDBaseT-compatible extenders at HD and 4K 30Hz video resolutions.

•  High Performance Standard Extender: Professional HDBaseT extender to provide long range signals over twisted pair copper infrastructures. It employs low-level video compression technology that delivers lossless visual performance for 4K 60 (4:4:4) and HDR signals with near-zero latency. This high-quality compressed signal extends up to almost twice the extension range of the uncompressed signal.
•  Future-proof standard extender: TP–583R is a standard HDBaseT extender, compatible with other standard HDBT extenders. Extends compressed or uncompressed HDBaseT signal, automatically adapting to the compression capabilities of your connected extender. This allows you to connect to any HDBaseT compatible extension product available on the market.
•  Intelligent compression handling: Automatically detects a standard HDBaseT extender without compression and disables compression to extend the signal according to the detected extender.
•  HDMI Signal Extension: Supports HDR HDCP 2.2. Supports Deep Color, xvColor, Lip Sync, uncompressed HDMI audio channels, Dolby TrueHD, DTS–HD, 2K, 4K, and 3D as specified in HDMI 2.0. EDID and CEC signals pass from the source to the display.
•  I–EDIDPro™ Kramer Intelligent EDID Processing™: Intelligent EDID passing algorithm ensures Plug and Play operation for HDMI source and display systems.
•  Multi-channel audio extension: Up to 32 channels of uncompressed digital stereo signals to support studio-quality surround sound.
•  Bi-directional RS–232 extension: Data from the serial interface flows in both directions, enabling data transmission and device control.
•  Bidirectional Infrared Extension: Data from the IR interface flows in both directions, allowing remote control of peripheral devices located at either end of the extended line.
•  Cost-effective maintenance: LED status indicators for HDMI and HDBT ports make local maintenance and troubleshooting easy. Updating local firmware over an RS–232 connection ensures a long-lasting, field-tested deployment.
•  Easy installation: DigiTOOLS compact fanless cabinet for drop-ceiling mounting or side-by-side mounting of 3 units in a 1U rack space with the recommended rack adapter.
