To capture the sound of brass instruments such as saxophones, trumpets, trombones or horns, a microphone really has to perform at a high level, a requirement that the TG I 57 premium clip-on condenser microphone more than meets.
It can operate at extremely high maximum sound levels and reliably suppresses unwanted noise as a result of its cardioid polar pattern.
The easy-to-mount clamp with gooseneck for optimal positioning protects the surface of the instrument and provides a reliable hold. For wired operation on a phantom power input, the optional MA-PVA is required. The cable length is 1.1 m.
 Characteristics:
 Flexible gooseneck
Cardioid polar pattern ensures high gain before feedback
 Robust construction
 TG pin output:
The TG I57 is compatible with all TG 1000 bodypack transmitters that use the TG Pin Out (gray on/off switch). This allows combination with all systems using TG Pin Out and therefore offers maximum flexibility.
