An unbeatable classic

The PLX-1000 is a precision booth model, incorporating Pioneer's 50 years of experience building high-end turntables. The result is a familiar design with some next-generation improvements, including a high-performance direct drive system, multi-pitch control, club design, sound quality and detachable audio and power cables. It is solidly built for excellent vibration damping and precision audio reproduction.

Simply add the cartridge and stylus for the PLX-1000 (not included) and combine it with the mixer for a perfect setup for mixing records. An ideal complement for DJs is the PC-X10 (sold separately) handmade.

    The high-performance direct drive system offers stable rotation and exceptional control - and achieves a rotation speed of 33⅓ rpm in just 0.3 seconds thanks to a starting torque of 4.5 kg/cm (or more) .

  • Excellent sound design

    To prevent resonance and vibrations, the PLX-1000 features a die-cast zinc chassis. The bottom of the unit is reinforced with 8mm thick resin, and 9mm thick anti-vibration material on the base. At the top, the rubber-isolated arm reduces the effects of squealing, while the rubber damping of the isolator absorbs external vibrations.

  • Follow the rhytm

    Multitempo control lets you pick up or slow down tracks to ±8%, ±16% and ±50%, while a simple reset button instantly returns the fixed rotation speed to ±0%.

  • Easily connected

    Interchangeable power and audio cables that can be easily connected and replaced, and professional-grade gold-plated RCA connectors, ensure low impedance and incredible sound quality.
