VS−42H2 is a high-performance 4x2 matrix switcher for HDMI 4K HDR signals. It reclocks and equalizes signals and can route any of four HDCP-compatible HDMI sources (selectable) to any or all outputs simultaneously.

•  High-performance AV matrix: Switches 4 4K 60Hz (4:4:4) HDR HDMI HDCP signals supported to 2 18G 4K 60Hz (4:4:4) HDR HDMI HDCP outputs supported with data rate up to 18G. Signals comply with HDCP 2.2/1.4.
•  Kramer Equalization & reKlocking technology: Reconstructs the digital signal to travel longer distances.
•  EDID management: individual EDID management per entry. Captures and stores the EDID from a display device.
•  Flexible content protection: HDCP selectable per input.
•  Quick access to common settings: Save up to six preset settings.
•  Convenient unit control and configuration: local control via front panel switching, mute, lock and EDID buttons, and infrared remote control. Distance control via easy-to-use integrated web pages via Ethernet, 3000 API protocol, and RS–232 serial commands transmitted by a PC, touch screen system, or other serial controller.
•  Cost-effective maintenance: Power, IR and input selection status indicators make local maintenance and troubleshooting easy. Local firmware update via USB or RS–232 connection ensures a durable, field-tested deployment.
•  Easy installation: The 19” mid-size allows mounting in 1U rack space with the recommended rack adapter.
