VS−88H2A is a high-quality 8x8 matrix switcher for 4K@60Hz (4:4:4), HDR, HDMI, and analog and digital audio routing signals. It reclocks and equalizes signals and can route any of eight HDCP-compatible HDMI sources (selectable) to any or all outputs simultaneously. VS-88H2A offers unparalleled audio flexibility where any onboard digital or analog audio input can be routed to any onboard digital or analog audio output plus eight ARC sources to produce a 24x24 equivalent audio matrix.

  •  High-performance AV matrix: Switches 8 signals compatible with 4K@60Hz (4:4:4), HDR, HDMI, HDCP and DVI to 8 signals compatible with 4K@60Hz (4:4:4), HDR, HDMI, HDCP , DVI. Outputs support data speed up to 18G. Signals comply with HDCP 2.2/1.4. Featuring Kramer re–Klocking™ and equalization technology that reconstructs the digital signal to travel longer distances. Note: For optimal range and performance, use the recommended Kramer cables.
  •  HDMI Support: Deep Color, 3D, ARC, up to 7.1 channels of uncompressed audio as specified in HDMI 2.0.
  •  Independent Audio Routing: Any onboard digital or analog audio input can be routed to any onboard digital or analog audio output plus eight ARC sources to produce an equivalent 24x24 audio matrix (8 onboard digital inputs + 8 analog inputs + 8 onboard ARC and 8 digital outputs + 8 analog outputs + 8 ARC outputs).
  •  Easy Step-In Collaboration Feature: When used with a Kramer Step-In enabled switch, simply plug in your device and press the Step-In button. Your device becomes the active sign on the home screen.
  •  EDID management: individual EDID management per entry. Captures and stores the EDID from a display device.
  •  Flexible content protection: HDCP selectable per input.
  •  Quick access to common settings: Save up to 16 presets.
  •  Intelligent switching: active source and acceptor detection. Automatic input selection based on priority selection or last connected input.
  •  Integrated pattern generator: with selectable patterns.
  •  Convenient unit configuration and control options: Local control via front panel: switching, audio integration, mute, test pattern, memory, EDID, front panel lock and factory reset buttons, input/LED display exit. Distance control via easy-to-use integrated web pages via Ethernet, 3000 API protocol, and RS–232 serial commands transmitted by a PC, touch screen system, or other serial controller.
  •  Cost-effective maintenance: Input selection indicators facilitate local maintenance and troubleshooting. Firmware update via Ethernet or mini USB.
